Seon Kee Kim

Michael Ussery

Michael Ussery, former U.S. Ambassador, has played a pivotal role in driving investments and development projects across diverse regions including Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and the Americas. In 2018, he was appointed "Senior Advisor" by the State Department to aid in establishing the Conflicts and Stabilization Operations Bureau.


Ussery is currently the Chairman of ZaiCell Inc. and Vice Chairman of Kima Communications. Bob has a strong background in working with European firms and the UK government from his time in London and has held roles at companies such as Giesecke Devrient and America Online. A long-term Loudoun resident and licensed attorney, his career has been marked by significant roles on multiple boards, reflecting a deep engagement with the international business community.

Mihn Le

A seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in strategy, technology, and real estate development. His career highlights include leading roles at Accenture – managing $500 million in business development, and at DoD, overseeing significant defense and aerospace projects. As a CEO of DSTG, he drove US$10M in business, focusing on big data analytics. As a COO at Cogility, Inc, he managed operations and federal engagements. His tenure at ExxonMobil covered market trading and IT management. Currently, he is a Managing Partner at 22 Capital Partners, with focus on renewable energy and smart city technologies, that includes leading Gramercy District, LLC, a "smart city" development in Virginia. Jung Min Lee

Brian Han

Brian (Bongjun) Han is a leading figure in trade and investment promotion, currently serving as Executive Director at ZaiCell Inc. With over 15 years of dedication, his work mainly supports Korean businesses, from large corporations to SMEs and startups, in their endeavors to penetrate and succeed in the U.S. market. This commitment has roots in his roles within the Korean Government and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA).


Before joining Kairos, Brian was the Deputy Director at the Korea Innovation Center (KIC), where he was crucial in securing over $5 million in investments for member companies from private equity and venture capital. His role as Senior Manager of International Investment at KOTRA saw him researching U.S. state incentive programs to attract Korean investment, leading to significant foreign direct investment flows to South Korea. Brian has also been instrumental in organizing numerous international trade events, including Select USA events for Korean SMEs, in collaboration with major U.S. entities.


His time at KITA was marked by strategic business development and market research, significantly aiding the association's 71,000 member companies. Brian played a key role in strategic business planning, outreach programs, and engagements with U.S. state government officials and chamber of commerce CEOs.

Birge Watkins

Birge Watkins has held leadership positions across business, government, and non-profit organizations. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at ZaiCell Inc., Senior Advisor to Landmark Atlantic Holdings in real estate investment, and on the Board of Advisors at Virterras Materials US LLC. His involvement extends to serving on the Board of Directors for the Land Trust of Virginia, the Great Meadow Foundation, and the Fauquier Parks Foundation.


Watkins has also held significant roles in various corporations, including Director at Managed Investment Opportunity Corporation, Imperial Capital Corporation, CoreVest Financial Corporation, Hellas Investment Management LLC, and as Chairman at Statgraphics LLC.
